Reinstallation of a SolusVM product

Overview#

You can allow customers to reinstall their SolusVM products with a different operating system or application. To enable this feature, you need to assign an Operating System configurable option or Application configurable option to the product.

Reinstall a product#

To reinstall a SolusVM product in the WHMCS client area:

1. Navigate to Services and select the product you want to reinstall.
2. Click Reinstall.
3. Click Ok in the confirmation window.
4. Select the operating system or application you want to install.
5. Click Reinstall.
